Step 6: Arm folded 90 degree

Straighten out the arm with the Swing Extender in place facing the sky. Fold the arm making sure the arm only folds into a ninety degree angle.

If the arm folds more than 90 degrees loosen the strap and push the Swing Extender down toward the elbow until the arm can only fold ninety degrees.

Positioning the Swing Extender on the arm correct is very important. Allowing the right arm to fold no more than ninety degrees prohibits the left arm from excessive bending creating better extension during the backswing.
